Box Score Virginia Union University's Esha Atkins had 14 assists, but Shippensburg University defeated the Lady Panthers volleyball team 25-13, 25-20, 25-20 in Shippensburg, Pa., on Wednesday, October 28.

VUU's Fernanda Faustino had 10 defensive digs and four kills to lead the Lady Panthers in those departments.

The loss dropped VUU to 7-10 while Shippensburg is now 21-7.

The Lady Panthers now travel to Lincoln University, Pa., to compete in the CIAA Volleyball Round-Up on Saturday, October 31.
