The Virginia Union University women's tennis team will begin play in the 2025 CIAA Tennis Roundup on Thursday, April 17, at Virginia State University in Petersburg, Va.

The Lady Panthers will open play when they take the court against Winston-Salem State University at 2:00 pm. On Thursday, April 17.  

VUU will continue the competition when it takes on Livingstone College at 5:00 p.m. And then at 6:00 p.m. Against Johnson C. Smith University.

The Lady Panthers wrap up the competition when they meet Shaw University at 11:00 a.m. On Friday, April 18.

"We are excited to enter in this Round -Up with high expectations for my ladies," said VUU Head Women's Tennis Coach Gerri "Gigi" Carter-Thurston.  "I know we are ready to get some wins for the Panther Nation!! Go Lady Panthers!"
