Virginia Union University's football program unveiled 19 signees to the CIAA Championship program on the 2024 National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 7.

VUU's Head Football Coach Dr. Alvin Parker revealed 12 high school signees and seven mid-year signees who will be joining the Panther football team for the 2024 season.

The signees were unveiled on the VUU Sports YouTube Channel in a broadcast hosted by Sean Robertson of CBS-6 in Richmond, Va.

Fourteen of the signees are from Virginia and include signees from the District of Columbia, North Carolina, Georgia and even the country of Denmark

""National signing day is a very exciting time," said Parker.  "We are enthused about all the new student-athletes joining our program. Our coaching staff did an amazing job of identifying some great talent and high character ball players. We will continue to recruit and add throughout the signing period, but I'm very proud at what we were able to accomplish today."
