Virginia Union University's golf team, which is the defending CIAA champions, has been ranked tied for 38
th in the latest Division II Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll. The Panthers are 38
th in the nation, out of 321 university programs in Division II.

E. Lee Coble. "It is reassuring to know that when we played, the team played well enough to maintain a respectable Division II golf team ranking recognized by Golfweek. We are still reigning 2019 CIAA Champions. We are hopeful and excited about returning to competition in Fall 2021."
