"This was our second season tournament for the 2025-26 Season. This was a very competitive Golf Tournament and the VUU Golf Team responded well as we begin our rebuilding process," said VUU Head Golf Coach E. Lee Coble.  "With the help of Assistant Coach Sean Bowers, the team responded and played very well in each competitive round.  Our goal continues to be to break 300 and they responded with a team score of 950 (307/310/333) and a scoring average of 316 (79.16). This was not our best effort, and we continue to be immensely proud of the way the guys persevered to the end. We continue to be proud of the accomplishments of our VUU Golf Team on and off the golf course". We are now preparing for The CIAA Northern Division  Tournament, March 30th and 31st, 2026 that's being hosted by Bluefield State University at Fincastle Country Club  in Bluefield, West Virginia.
