Box Score Virginia Union University's Shameka McNeill scored 22 points and eight steals to lead the second-ranked Lady Panthers to an 87-43 win over home-standing Millersville University on the second day of the Millersville Conference Challenge on Sunday, November 12, in Millersville, Pa.

Shameka McNeill's eight steals were the most by a Lady Panther since Ashle Freeman's school-record 12 steals against the University of North Georgia on December 6, 2014.

The 44-point winning margin was the largest margin of victory since VUU defeated Saint Augustine's University 101-48 on January 9, 2017.

McNeill's sister and teammate, fellow freshman Shareka McNeill followed with 15 points of her own in the win.

VUU's Alexis Johnson and Jasmine Carter had 10 points apiece while Kishona Sutton led the Lady Panthers on the boards with 11 rebounds.

The win evened Virginia Union's record at 1-1 while Millersville also went to 1-1.

The Lady Panthers now return home to face the University of Charleston at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
