Lady Walker and
Alexis Johnson both recorded double-doubles in the win, with Walker scoring 20 points and grabbing 10 rebounds while Johnson scored 19 points and had 12 boards.
"I thought our kids jumped out great early," said VUU Head Coach

The 15-0 record ties the 1982-83 team for the best start ever for a VUU women's program, and the significance wasn't lost on Gilbert.
"It's a great feeling," Gilbert said. "I'm just really pleased with our overall effort."
