Box Score Virginia Union University's Kiana Johnson scored 33 points and dished off 11 assists as the 20th-ranked Lady Panthers downed Fayetteville State University 102-47 on Saturday, January 9, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

VUU's Lady Walker scored 26 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in the win.

Virginia Union raced out to a 13-0 lead and never looked back as the Lady Panthers led at halftime 56-14.  The Lady Panthers out-rebounded the Broncos 53-37 in the game.

Virginia Union's Ashley Smith scored 12 points in the win.

The win raised VUU's record to 10-1 overall on the season and 2-1 in CIAA play.  Fayetteville State fell to 8-8 overall and 2-3 in the CIAA.

Virginia Union continues its homestand when the Lady Panthers meet Saint Augustine's University at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 11, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
