Box Score Virginia Union University's Lady Walker had 20 points and 13 rebounds, but Lincoln University defeated the Lady Panthers 72-64 on Saturday, January 24, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

Walker hit 8 of 17 shots from the field and also recorded five blocks in the game.

VUU's Ashle Freeman became the first Lady Panther to score 1,600 points in her career by scoring 15 points.  Freeman, a senior from Richmond, Va., now has 1,604 career points.

Virginia Union's Taylor White also added 13 points for the Lady Panthers.

The loss dropped VUU to 5-12 overall and 1-7 in the CIAA.  Lincoln is now 14-4 overall and 6-2 in CIAA play.

Virginia Union now travels to Elizabeth City, N.C., to face Elizabeth City State University at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28.
