Box Score Virginia Union University's Taylor White had a team-high 11 rebounds, but Bowie State University defeated the Lady Panthers 72-57 on Wednesday, January 21, in Bowie, Md.

VUU's ShaHadah Barrett led the Lady Panthers with 13 points and five assists.

Virginia Union's Jasmin Dancy had 11 points in the game.

White's 11 rebounds were the most in her VUU career.

The loss dropped Virginia Union to 5-11 overall and 1-7 in CIAA play.  Bowie State is now 8-9 overall and 3-5 in the CIAA.

The Lady Panthers return home to face Lincoln University at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
