Virginia Union University's Anthony Michael gained his seventh win of the season, but Southern Virginia University defeated the Panthers 6-3 on Wednesday, April 2, in Buena Vista, Va.

Michael defeated his opponent 6-1, 6-3 at number won singles.

VUU's Terrence Malone was also victorious at #6 singles, 6-0, 6-0.

The doubles team of Michael and Jarvis Rideau won their doubles match by the score of 8-4.

VUU now travels to Ashland, Va., to meet Randolph-Macon College on Friday, April 4, at 3:00 p.m.
