Virginia Union University's Ellie Parsons got the lone win for the Lady Panthers as VUU fell to Randolph College 9-0 on Saturday, March 1, in Lynchburg, Va.

Parsons gained a 7-5 win in the first game at #1 doubles, but was defeated in the succeeding games 6-4, 1-0 (10-3).

VUU's Kara Miller lost 6-1, 6-0 while Katrina Joe lost 6-1, 6-0.

Virginia Union's Deja Shabazz lost 6-2, 6-1 and teammate DeJasmine Byrson lost 6-0, 6-2.

VUU's Christionne Taylor lost 6-0, 6-0.

Virginia Union lost all three doubles matches.

VUU now takes on Southern Virginia Unioversity at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, at Battery Park in Richmond, Va.
