Box Score Virginia Union University's Ray Anderson scored 22 points, but Tuskegee University defeated the Panthers 74-57 on the second day of the CIAA/SIAC Challenge on Saturday, December 6, in Charlotte, N.C.

Anderson also led the Panthers with five rebounds in the game.

VUU's D'Andre Bullard scored 13 points in the game.

Virginia Union's Avery Jirmnson dished off four assists for the Panthers.

The loss dropped VUU to 4-5 on the season while Tuskegee is now 3-2.

Virginia Union will now travel to Brooklyn, N.Y., to face CIAA arch-rival Virginia State University in the 2014 Big Apple Classic, to be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, in the Barclays Arena.
