Virginia Union University's men's tennis team was swept 9-0 by Virginia State University in a match held on Sunday, April 14, at Battery Park in Richmond, Va.

VUU's Jarvis Rideau lost 6-0, 6-1 while Jaymes Berry lost 6-1, 6-1.

Virginia Union's Terrence Malone los 6-2, 6-0 and Charles Sheets lost 6-1, 6-0.

VUU's David Taylor lost his singles match 6-0, 6-0.

VSU took all three doubles matches from VUU as well.

Virginia Union now wraps up the 2013 season by traveling to Murfreesboro, N.C., to take on Chowan University on Monday, April 15.
