Harris' 25 Points Power Panthers to First Win

Virginia Union University's Damion Harris scored 25 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to power VUU to a 93-64 win over Washington Adventist University on Wednesday, December 5, in Takoma Park, Md.

Harris hit 10 of 15 shots from the field as he propelled VUU to their first win of the 2012-13 season.

VUU's Cordero Holt had 13 points while teammate Niiarmah Harper-Douglas added 12 points in the win.

Union's Marcel Crump also scored 10 points in the win.

Washington Adventist was led by Harvey Todd's 28 points.

VUU is now 1-4 while Washington Adventist fell to 2-9.  

Virginia Union now returns home to Barco-Stevens Hall to face Saint Leo University at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 15,
