Box Score Virginia Union University's Damion Harris, Wesley Simmons and Omar Briggs scored 12 points apiece, but Roberts Wesleyan College hung on to defeat the Panthers 66-59 on the second day of play in the Gary Morris Classic on Saturday, November 24, at Gannon University in Erie, Pa.

Harris also had seven rebounds to lead VUU on the boards.

Roberts Wesleyan was paced by Patrick Downer and Tyrell Dixon, who scored 16 points apiece.

The loss drops Virginia Union to 0-3 on the season while Roberts Wesleyan is now 2-3.

The Panthers now return home to face Augusta State University at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 2, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

The game will be broadcast live on WFTH (1590 AM) in Richmond.
