LaTasia Robinson scored 10 points apiece, but Virginia State University stopped the Lady Panthers 86-60 on February 12 in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
VUU's
Tiffany Clarke and
Valentina Wheeler scored nine points apiece while Williams led the Lady Panthers with five rebounds.
Virginia State was paced by Rhon'Neisha Taylor's 24 points while three Lady Trojans had six rebounds apiece.
The loss dropped VUU to 2-17 overall and 2-10 in CIAA play. VSU is now 14-7 overall and 8-5 in the CIAA.
VUU now faces Chowan University at 5:30 p.m. on February 14 in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
