William Jenkins recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds to lead VUU to a 79-54 win over Lincoln (Pa.) University on Saturday, February 17, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
Jenkins' 11 boards were a career-high for the 6-7 sophomore forward from Baltimore, Md. He now has pulled down 21 rebounds in the past two games for VUU.

Andre Walker also had a career-high of 14 points in the game. The senior's previous career-best (including his statistics from Hofstra University) was seven points.

James Paige added 11 points to round out the double-figure scoring for the Panthers.
The win evened Virginia Union's record at 13-13 overall and 8-6 in CIAA play. The win also put VUU in third place of the Northern Division of the CIAA.
Lincoln fell to 11-13 overall and 6-8 in the CIAA.
Virginia Union now travels to Elizabeth City, N.C., to face Elizabeth City State University at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21.
