Jenkins double-double was the first of the season for the sophomore from Baltimore, Md., and the first for Jenkins since his first game as a Panther, against the University of Virginia-Wise on November 12, 2016.

VUU's Devin Moore had 11 points while teammate Kory Cooley dished off nine assists.

The win raised VUU's record to 2-4 on the season while Saint Augustine's fell to 0-6.

Virginia Union now faces Winston-Salem State University on the second day of the Thanksgiving Classic, to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 26, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
