The loss dropped VUU to 12-10 overall and 5-5 in the CIAA. Â Chowan is now 15-5 overall and 8-2 in CIAA play.
Virginia Union now embarks on a three-game road trip, with the Panthers facing Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, N.C., at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 1.
