Virginia Union University's C'Evon Jones won the women's 100 meters at the Hampton Relays, held on Saturday, April 11, in Hampton, Va.

Jones won the event with a blazing time of 11.55 seconds.  Jones' time ranks her third in the nation among NCAA Division II competitors.

VUU's Brionna Singleton placed second in the high jump with a leap of 5'5" and finished seventh in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.17.

Virginia Unino now travels to Charlotte, N.C., to compete in the CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, to be held March 17-18.
