Box Score Virginia Union University's Colton Lewis scored 17 points, but Alderson Broaddus University defeated VUU 87-72 in the Panthers' home opener on Wednesday, November 19, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

VUU's Ray Anderson scored 15 points while teammate DaShawn Barton scored 12 points in the game.

Virginia Union's Karo Adjekughele pulled down eight rebounds to lead VUU on the boards.

The loss dropped Virginia Union to 1-2 on the season while Alderson Broaddus is now 2-1.

VUU faces Shaw University in a non-conference game at 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, in Barco-Stevens Hall.
