Virginia Union University's Devin Wallace, who recorded 42 tackles for the Panthers in 2013, has been named to the Heritage Sports Radio Network (HSRN) All-American Team, it was announced on Thursday, January 9.

Wallace, a senior defensive back from Fort Washington, Md., also recorded 18 pass break-ups this past football season.

Wallace has also been named to the National Squad of the Inaugural Medal of Honor Bowl, to be played Saturday, January 11, in Charleston, S.C.

The Medal of Honor Bowl will be played at Johnson Hagood Stadiium on the campus of The Citadel in Charleston.  Game time is 2 p.m.
