Box Score Virginia Union University's Damion Harris grabbed a career-high 20 rebounds and added 11 points to lead VUU to a 69-63 win over Elizabeth City State University on Saturday, February 4, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

Harris' 20 boards marked the first time a Panther had 20 or more rebounds in a single game since Gregory Redford pulled down 20 rebounds against Elizabeth City State on February 23, 2011.

VUU's Calvin Brown led the Panthers in scoring with 19 points while teammate Jamaal Blalock added 10 points in the win.

The Vikings were led by Angelo Sharpless' 19 points.

The win raised VUU's record to 13-11 overall and 8-4 in the CIAA.  Elizabeth City State dropped to 10-11 overall and 4-7 in CIAA play.

VUU now travels to Murfreesboro, N.C., to face Chowan University at 7:30 p.m. on February 13.
