Damion Harris scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds as VUU won it's third game in as many days, downing Johnson C. Smith University 85-84 on Monday, January 16, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

Juan Wilson added 16 in the win.
The one-point win capped a three-day span which saw VUU defeate CIAA rivals Livingstone College, Virginia State University and Johnson C. Smith.
The three-win streak is the first time VUU has won three straight games on three straight days since the Panthers beat North Carolina Central University, Elizabeth City State University and Johnson C. Smith during the 2006 CIAA Tournament on April 2, 3 and 4.
Johnson C. Smith was led by Trevin Parks' 28 points.
The win raised VUU's record to 9-10 overall and 3-3 in the CIAA. Johnson C. Smith dropped to 7-7 overall and 2-2 in the CIAA.
Virginia Union now faces Fayetteville State University at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 19, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
