Virginia Union University's Ed'Treon Wilcox has been named the CIAA Runner of the Week, the CIAA announced on Thursday, May 3.

Wilcox, a senior from Belle Glades, Fla. who's majoring in Criminal Justice, was the highest finishing Division II athlete in the Penn Relays 100 meter dash field, and beat athletes from Auburn and Oklahoma State.

The Virginia Union men's track & field team will next compete in the CIAA Championships, to be held May 5-6 in Bowie, Md.
