Box Score Virginia Union University's Ambryanna Moore had six kills while teammate Esha Atkins had 19 assists to lead VUU to a 25-6, 25-13, 25-11 sweep of Bowie State University on Monday, November 2, in Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

VUU's Fernanda Faustino had 13 defensive digs and four service aces.

Virginia Union's Natalia Gascot had 10 digs of her own in the win.

The win raised VUU's record to 10-12 overall and 8-6 in CIAA play.  Bowie State fell to 7-22 overall and 3-12 in the CIAA.

VUU now travels to Elizabeth City, N.C., to face Elizabeth City State University on Monday, November 9.
