"Tonight's loss was another reflection of the areas we have continued to struggle with throughout the season, including consistency, communication, teamwork, and limiting unforced errors," said Virginia Union Head Volleyball Coach Anetra Sims. "We have to take accountability for our performance, recognize where we are falling short, and commit to making the necessary adjustments. Our potential is there, but potential alone is not enough. Moving forward, we must be more disciplined, trust one another, and execute consistently as a team. The work continues, and we must be willing to put in the effort required to improve and finish the season stronger."
Virginia Union returns to action on Thursday, October 29, when the Lady Panthers host Lincoln University of Pennsylvania at 6 p.m. at Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
