Virginia Union University's Aisha Berkley recorded 11 kills while teammate Ellie Parsons had 16 defensive digs to lead VUU over Bowie State University in volleyball 25-13, 25-23, 25-13 on September 23 in Bowie, Md.

Virginia Union's Demi Schrader had 29 assists and Kristal Woodard had three service aces in the win.

VUU's Reneisha Chiles also had 11 defensive digs in the win.

The win raised VUU's record to 3-11 on the season.

The Lady Panthers now travel to Lincoln University, Pa., to face Lincoln University at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 24.
