Virginia Union University's women's volleyball team was stopped by Elizabeth City State University 25-5, 25-15, 25-19 on October 25 in Elizabeth City, N.C.

VUU was led by Aisha Berkley's seven kills while Valeria Cantu and Kierris Doyle had five defensive digs apiece.  

Doyle also had 15 assists in the match.

The loss dropped VUU to 8-17 overall and 7-10 in CIAA play.
