Virginia Union University's Aisha Berkley garnered 16 kills while Valeria Cantu had 13 defensive digs as the Lady Panthers swept Bowie State University 25-20, 25-23, 25-22 on October 1 in Bowie, Md.

VUU's Brittanee Adams had 24 assists while Berkley collected 10 digs of her own in the win.

The win raised VUU's record to 5-12 while Bowie State fell to 3-15.
