Richmond VA. (March 4, 2009) –Virginia Union University's Melvin Edison (Richmond, VA) qualified for the 2009 National Indoor Track and Field Championship on March 13-14^th in Houston, Texas.

Coach Moore is excited about Melvin's opportunity to do some damage in the Championship and put Va. Union Track and Field team on the map.
