VUU’s Langat Places First at VSU Cross Country Season Opener

ETTRICK, VA – Virginia Union's Geoffrey Langat took top individual honors at the Virginia State University Cross Country Season Opener, held Thursday, August 30th in Ettrick, VA. Langat completed the 5.1 mile course in 28:51. 
 
The VUU men's cross country team finished second overall behind Virginia State University. The top times for VUU runners were as follows:
