CARY, NC - VUU's Geoffrey Langat was named to the 2007 CIAA All-Conference Team for his performance at the 2007 CIAA Championship Cross Country Meet. The Championship meet was held on Thursday, October 18th at SAS Park in Cary, NC. Langat finished in second place recording a time of 25:48.1. In 2006, he was crowned the men's cross country individual champion.
