Taniyah Greene led the Lady Panthers with 17 points as the Lady Panthers downed host Millersville University 61-48 on the second day of the CIAA-PSAC Challenge on Saturday, November 9, in Millersville, Pa.

Nevaeh Reaves was instrumental in the win today. She hit some big buckets.
Taniyah Greene got going in the second half,
Bruni Martinez and
Tatiana Jones both grabbed nine rebounds as well. This was a great defensive effort as a team as we held them to 48 points and 28% from the field. Very proud of our young women for playing with heart tonight."
Virginia Union is now 1-1 and will now travel to Wilson, N.C., to face Barton College at 5:00 p.m. On Wednesday, November 13.
