Ny Langley recorded a double-double with 10 points and 15 rebounds as VUU defeated Virginia State University 61-54 in the Battle of I-95 on Saturday, February 5, at Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.

Tierra Terry said. "We were already in need of a pick-up, and to beat your in-state rival is always a great feeling."
Virginia Union out-rebounded VSU 43-31 and the Lady Panthers got 30 points from the bench.
The Lady Panthers now travel to Salisbury, N.C., to face the Blue Bears of Livingstone College at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8.
