Dy'Manee Royal both recorded double-doubles as the Lady Panthers defeated Fayetteville State University 65-60 on Saturday, November 23, in Fayetteville, N.C.
Carter had 10 rebounds and 17 points while Royal had 12 rebounds and 14 points.
VUU's
Shareka McNeill led the Lady Panthers with 27 points. McNeill is now averaging 40.0 points per game this season and has 1,352 career points.

Dy'Manee Royal hit four clutch free throws at the end of the game to go along with 14 overall points and 12 rebounds."
The win raised VUU's record to 4-1 overall after this non-conference match-up. Fayetteville State fell to 0-5 overall.
Virginia Union now returns to Barco-Stevens Hall to face Claflin University at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 25, in Richmond, Va.
