The loss dropped VUU to 6-2 overall and 4-1 in the CIAA. Bowie State is now 8-0 overall and 5-0 in CIAA play.

Virginia Union wraps up the home portion of the 2019 schedule when the Panthers meet Elizabeth City State University at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, at Hovey Field in Richmond, Va. The game will be the annual Senior Day as well as Veterans' Appreciation Day.
