Box Score Virginia Union University's Richard Rodwell rushed for 93 yards, but Lincoln University stopped VUU 19-10 on September 17 in Lincoln University, Pa.

Rodwell collected 93 yards on 16 carries with a touchdown.

VUU's Cheston Hickman connected on nine of 32 passes for 157 yards.  Trevon Winston was Hickman's favorite receiver, with three catches for 30 yards.

VUU's Paul Jones became one of a handful of Panther punters to punt farther than 60 yards when he uncorked a 60-yard punt in the first half.  Jones averaged 41.3 yards per punt on seven kicks.

VUU now returns home to face Bowie State University at 1:05 p.m. on September 24 in Hovey Field.  The game will be broadcast by the ESPN Plus networks, including the CW channel in Richmond, Va.
