The Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) is a Maryland native and proud alumna of Virginia Union University, Class of 2016. She began her collegiate career at a community college in Maryland before transferring to Virginia Union in 2014 on a basketball scholarship. As a Panther, she distinguished herself as a dual-sport student-athlete, competing in both women's basketball and volleyball. She was a member of the 2016 CIAA Championship Women's Basketball Team, earned all-conference honors in both sports, and graduated as valedictorian of her class.
After earning her degree in education, she returned to Maryland to begin her professional career as a teacher and assistant basketball coach at Northern Virginia Community College. Following two and a half years in education and coaching, she relocated to Richmond, Virginia, to pursue entrepreneurship as founder of 94by50 Basketball Apparel. While building her brand, she also gained valuable corporate experience in full-time roles with T-Mobile, SimpliSafe, and M&T Bank.
Her passion for athletics and student development ultimately drew her back to Virginia Union University in 2021, where she rejoined the athletics department as an Athletic Administrative Assistant. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and commitment, she earned two promotions within her first four months. She now serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator, where she is dedicated to supporting student-athletes and giving back to her alma mater in meaningful and impactful ways.
