Virginia Union University Athletics

Jestine Thomas, MS, LAT, ATC, serves as an Athletic Trainer at Virginia Union University, providing sports medicine care to student-athletes across the university’s CIAA Division II athletic programs.

Jestine earned her B.S. in Exercise Science in 2023 and Master of Athletic Training in 2025 from Old Dominion University. Her experience includes working with NCAA Division I athletics, high school sports, and outpatient rehabilitation. She is passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping student-athletes safely return to competition.
