Enters the 2008 season as the starting quarterback…tremendous leader…a rare and special talent…excellent work ethic…was highlighted on a nationally syndicated radio show as one of the top five players in black college football…adds athleticism…big-time playmaker…will be the key to the Panthers’ success…team will go as far as he takes them…very tough competitor…team leader…pound-for-pound one of the strongest members of the team
Collegiate Honors/Awards:  In 2007, named CIAA Player of the Year...1st Team All-CIAA...Harlon Hill Candidate...100% Wrong Club CIAA Player of the Year...Dudley Award Runner-up (State Player of the Year - Small College Division)...Roanoke Times Small College Player of the Year...VaSID 2nd Team All-State...Gold Bowl MVP...CIAA Championship Game Team MVP...Pioneer Bowl X Team MVP...Four-time CIAA Offensive Back of the Week (Weeks 2,4,9 & 10)...In 2006, Earned 2nd Team All-CIAA Honors as a quarterback… Three-time CIAA Player of the Week (Weeks 3, 6 & 8) during the 2006 season as a quarterback… Holds Virginia Union record with a 99-yard touchdown pass; completion ties for the longest in CIAA history.
Prep: Graduated from East Montgomery High School in 2005…2 year varsity letterwinner…earned All-Conference (Yadkin Valley Conference) honors in football during his junior and senior seasons… Yadkin Valley Conference Runner-up for Player of the Year during his senior season...also a letterwinner in basketball, baseball and track & field…earned All-Conference honors in basketball during his junior and senior seasons…earned All-Conference honors in track and field during his freshman, sophomore, junior and senior seasons… named team MVP in football and basketball during his junior and senior seasons. 
Personal: Son of Terry and Royal Little…birthday is August 10…majoring in Social Work…member upon graduation, plans to attend graduate school and to pursue a career in professional football.
