The Virginia Union University women's basketball team suffered a tough 82-68 defeat to Virginia State University on Saturday, February 22, in Barco-Stevens Hall, Richmond, VA. Despite the loss, the Panthers finished the regular season with an impressive 20-6 record, securing the #2 seed in the Northern Division heading into the 2025 CIAA Tournament.
