Virginia Union University's
Ny Langley scored her 1,000th career point at VUU as the Lady Panthers downed Cheyney University of Pennsylvania 84-43 on Saturday, January 13, at Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
Langley finished with 16 points while teammates
Rori Cox had 15 points and
Taniah Johnson added 14 points.

Nevaeh Reaves had seven rebounds apiece in the win.

Tierra Terry. "We had 22 assists and really shared the ball well. We are extremely proud of
Ny Langley for amassing 1,000 points while at Virginia Union and she has more scoring to go. It felt good to bounce back together. We have to carry this winning spirit into our next game."
Virginia Union will now travel to Petersburg, Va., to play Virginia State University in the 2024 Freedom Classic at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20.
