Shareka McNeill scored 42 points in only 27 minutes of play to propel #5 Virginia Union to a 91-57 win over Palm Beach Atlantic University on Saturday, November 16, at Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
McNeill, the nation's leading scorer, is now averaging 39.3 points per game through the first three games of the 2019-20 season for the Lady Panthers.

Shameka McNeill had six points, five rebounds, and 10 assists. Iifunanya OKoye poured in 12 points and grabbed four rebounds.
Jasmine Carter and
Dy'Manee Royal combined for 21 points and 19 rebounds."
Carter had 10 rebounds while Royal had nine boards.
The Lady Panthers' defense was also on display. VUU forced Palm Beach Atlantic into committing 21 turnovers compared to the Lady Panthers' five turnovers.
The win raised VUU's record to 2-1 on the season while Palm Beach Atlantic fell to 1-4.
Virginia Union will now face Livingstone College at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, at Barco-Stevens Hall in Richmond, Va.
