Virginia Union's men's basketball team enters the CIAA Tournament as the No. 3 seed and faces the winner of St. Paul/Shaw University matchup on Thursday, Feb. 25, inside the Time Warner Cable Arena. Tipoff is set for 3:00 p.m.

Earning a first round bye, the Panthers lost the coin-toss tiebreaker that determined Bowie State would be the Eastern Division Champion.

The Panthers finished the regular season second in the Eastern Division at 19-8 overall and 14-6 in the CIAA.
