ETTRICK, VA - The Virginia Union University men's track and field team placed fourth at the 2008 CIAA Outdoor Championships. VUU posted 59 total team points at the meet, which was held on the campus of Virginia State University. Marquis Davis won both the discus (41.78m) and shot put (14.65m) competitions. Geoffrey Langat placed second in the men's 5000 meter run, recording a time of 16:17.21. Final point totals from the meet are listed below.
